The Landings at Jewell Avenue

The "Landings at Jewell Avenue" project is a culmination of high quality retail pads with attractive light industrial uses. The entire development lies within the Buckley R and D, E-470 Mixed Use Corridor. This area of Aurora is growing rapidly and the demand for public amenities is an eminent must. The traffic increases on E-470 and the eventual development of residential subdivisions to the east will require many of the services provided in this development.

The light industrial sites bordering Jewell Avenue will support uses such as Office Flex and/or Office/warehousing. There will be a high quality retail center located on both corners of the Landings Drive and Jewell Avenue with potential amenities such as a convenience store, a bank and/or restaurants.
